Is shipping FREE?
Yes, currently we are running a FREE SHIPPING promotion on all orders for standard shipping only via USPS (no minimum purchase required). If you choose to have 2-3 day shipping or rush delivery then during check out you will see price options to choose from.
How much do you charge for shipping & handling?
Standard Shipping via USPS: FLAT RATE: $4.99 (in-stock items are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days)
USPS Priority Mail: $9.99 (in-stock items are expected to arrive within 2-4 business days)
*Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for orders within the U.S. unless otherwise noted. U.S. customers will enjoy shipping to all 50 United States, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses, U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), rural routes and P.O. Box addresses. In stock items will usually arrive in 4 to 7 business days. If you require a certain carrier, please call us at 1(800)725-2452 or email info@pantiesrequired.com for immediate assistance.
Does Panties Required ship international orders? Currently we only accept orders that ship to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APOs and FPOs. However, we do make exceptions for some international locations. Please email info@pantiesrequired.com to request international shipping and include the SHIP TO address and your contact info and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Follow the link provided in the email to check the status of your package.
Signature Required- If you require a signature for your package to be received, please immediately send an email to: info@pantiesrequired.com indicating your order # and we will accommodate. This is available upon request only and a small fee may apply.
When will my order be shipped? Panties Required ships in-stock items in one to two business days, excluding holidays. Please remember these dates and times are in effect for in stock items only.
*Don’t forget it is never too late to send an E- GIFT CARD. An email will be sent to the recipient indicating a gift card has been purchased for them.
