Shipping Guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 24 hours.
PantiesRequired.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We always ship via USPS and/or UPS for delivery.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. For sanitary reasons, there are no returns on panties, thongs, and g-strings.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at PantiesRequired.com your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from PantiesRequired.com.
What if my order is not in stock?
If any item on a multiple-item order is temporarily out of stock, the merchandise that is in stock will be shipped immediately. Back-ordered items are typically shipped within 30 days. Backordered merchandise will not be billed until the time of shipment.
Does PantiesRequired.com offer free shipping?
When Panties Required promotes a free shipping offer, there is a required minimum dollar amount to purchase (usually $100 or more), excluding tax when sales tax is applicable. All free shipping offers are valid for only a specified period of time, which may be found with the offer. All free shipping offers are for standard ground shipping only. In the event expedited shipping (next day, two-day, etc.) is desired, there is an additional charge, which will be detailed at checkout. If a promotion states a free shipping offer with no minimum purchase, then PantiesRequired.com will waive standard ground shipping charges for the indicated promotional period.

If you wish not to have our company name on the return address or credit card bill, shipping and billing will be from ‘PR Merchandise’.
